This Refund Policy explains our refund terms for MoltDirectory's featured listing services.
1. No Refunds Policy
All sales of featured listings are final. We do not offer refunds.
By purchasing a featured listing, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All payments are non-refundable
- You will not receive a refund for any reason
- This applies to all plan types (monthly, annual, and 7-day boosts)
2. Why No Refunds?
Featured listings are promotional services that:
- Provide immediate value upon activation
- Use human resources for review and setup
- Occupy limited featured placement slots
- Cannot be "returned" once delivered
Once your skill is featured, the service has been provided and cannot be reversed.
3. What This Means for Each Plan Type
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- No refunds at any time
- You can cancel to prevent future charges
- Featured status continues until end of current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused days
Example: You purchase on February 1st and cancel on February 20th. You remain featured until March 1st (end of billing period), but no refund is issued.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
- No refunds at any time
- You can cancel to prevent auto-renewal after 12 months
- Featured status continues for the full paid year
- No pro-rated refunds for unused months
Example: You purchase a 12-month plan and want to cancel after 2 months. No refund is provided, but you remain featured for all 12 months.
3.3 7-Day Featured Boost
- No refunds at any time
- Service is delivered immediately upon activation
- Campaign runs for full 7 days as purchased
4. Quality Guarantee (Not a Refund)
While we don't offer refunds, we do guarantee quality:
4.1 Before Activation
If we determine your skill does NOT meet our quality standards before activation:
- We will notify you within 24 hours
- You can choose to:
- Revise your skill and resubmit (no refund, featured listing remains valid)
- Request cancellation and receive a full refund (only exception to no-refund policy)
4.2 Quality Standards
We may decline to feature a skill if:
- GitHub repository is inaccessible or private
- Skill contains malicious code
- Information provided is false or misleading
- Skill violates our Terms of Service
This is the ONLY circumstance where refunds are available - when we reject your skill before activation.
5. Cancellations
5.1 How to Cancel Subscriptions
You can cancel monthly or annual subscriptions at any time:
Option 1: Through Paddle
- Log into your Paddle account
- Go to "My Subscriptions"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
Option 2: Email Us

- Include your order number
5.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Cancellation prevents future charges
- Featured status continues until end of paid period
- No refunds for the current billing period
- Access to premium features ends when subscription expires
6. Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails:
- We'll retry up to 3 times over 14 days
- Featured status may be suspended after 7 days
- Subscription cancelled after 14 days of failed payment
- No refunds for any period where service was active
To reactivate:
- Update payment method in Paddle
- Contact us to restore featured status
- May require payment of outstanding balance
7. Service Outages
If MoltDirectory experiences significant downtime:
- We'll extend your featured period by equivalent time
- No monetary refunds will be provided
Downtime must be:
- Longer than 24 hours continuously
- Reported to us within 7 days
- Verified by our uptime monitoring
8. Disputes and Chargebacks

We're reasonable people and may be able to resolve your concern without a chargeback.
8.2 Chargeback Policy
If you file a chargeback:
- Your featured listing will be immediately suspended
- Your account may be permanently closed
- You may be banned from future purchases
- We will dispute the chargeback with proof of service delivery
Remember: You agreed to a no-refund policy when purchasing. Chargebacks for buyer's remorse will be disputed.
9. What We Will NOT Refund
We do not provide refunds for:
โ Change of mind
โ Not achieving desired results (views, clicks, stars)
โ Competitor performance or market conditions
โ Your skill receiving negative feedback
โ Changes to OpenClaw platform
โ Your business closing or changing direction
โ Lack of time to utilize the service
โ Duplicate purchases due to user error
โ Currency conversion differences
โ Price changes after your purchase
โ Subscription you forgot to cancel
โ Not reading this refund policy
10. Billing Errors
If we made a genuine billing error (e.g., charged you twice):

- Include proof of the error (order numbers, receipts)
- We'll issue a refund for the incorrect charge
This only applies to technical errors, not disagreements about the service.
11. Upgrades and Downgrades

- No refunds if you change your mind

- Takes effect at next billing cycle
- No refunds for current period

When you purchase a featured listing, you're paying for:

You are NOT paying for:

Results depend on your skill's quality, usefulness, and market demand.

If you're uncomfortable with a no-refund policy:

16. Legal Compliance
16.1 Consumer Rights
This no-refund policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws for digital services:
EU/UK: Digital content delivered immediately is exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal when you consent to immediate delivery.
USA: No-refund policies are legal for services where value is delivered immediately.
Turkey: Digital services can establish no-refund policies in their terms.
By purchasing, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and waive any applicable withdrawal rights.
16.2 Exceptions
